How TANDA handles contact and quotation information submitted by international truck and trailer buyers.

We use this information to understand your sourcing request, prepare truck or semi trailer options, calculate shipping or CIF guidance, respond through WhatsApp or email, prevent abuse, and improve our export service.
We do not sell inquiry data. Information is shared only with service providers or logistics and supply partners when needed to answer your request. WhatsApp, Cloudflare video, and map services process data under their own privacy terms when you use those features.
Inquiry records may be stored on servers used by TANDA and processed across borders because our buyers, service providers, and export operations are international. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the quotation, transaction, legal obligations, security, and business follow-up.
