Prices, freight estimates, lead times, exchange rates, and availability are valid only for the period and conditions stated in TANDA's written quotation or proforma invoice. A website inquiry does not reserve a vehicle or create a binding order.
Vehicle condition and inspection
Used and refurbished vehicles vary by unit. Final condition, refurbishment scope, included parts, mileage or operating history, and inspection evidence must be confirmed for the specific unit before payment. Buyer-approved photos, videos, checklists, and written specifications form the practical condition record.
Shipping, CIF, and import
CIF, CFR, FOB, loading method, sailing time, port charges, customs, tax, inspection, registration, and destination-country eligibility depend on the final route and local rules. Unless expressly included in writing, destination duties, clearance, inland transport, and local compliance remain the buyer's responsibility.
Payment, production, and delivery
Payment schedule, bank details, production or refurbishment lead time, loading plan, documents, warranty if any, and transfer of risk are governed by the accepted quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, and applicable Incoterms stated there.
External services and final agreement
WhatsApp, Cloudflare video, maps, shipping lines, ports, and other third parties operate under their own terms. If website content conflicts with a signed contract or accepted proforma invoice, the signed or accepted commercial document controls.
